TV Shows - LOST?

Lost - the new TV show ... what's up with the "creature" thing?
The show started off fine ... then the noises from the woods, that was stupid!

What do you think?

Ok, I've just watched episode II and it was a little better ... a polar bear on a tropical island is a little better than a creature from outer space (which is what I was expecting). I'm also hoping that we spend the rest of the episodes seeing what happened to every character at the time of the crash .... Now, how about the repeating message that's been going for more than 16 yrs, hope the transmitter is solar powered ... more thoughts on this show next week.

Ok, three episodes in and I still can't decide whether or I will last the full season. At least this week no "creatures" that look like they exist only in a Hollywood computer program or they came from outer space.
Still undecided .... but hanging in hoping that it doesn't turn out to have been a waste of time .. like TV isn't anyway ;)

Ok, I was slow at adding this update from the last episode. Yes, we're still watching the show so it must have something there that I can't explaing yet that keeps me coming back. This week there was more flash backs to just before the crash to give insight into the characters past and their personalities. I'm slowly accepting this and hoping that they will move it along a little faster.

Jack be nimble, Jack be quick ... Jack, who's your Daddy!! Better yet, was that your Daddy? If no, where did you get them drugs from?
Does everyone on this island have a screwed up history?

Yes we're still watching the show ... and will continue for another week after last night's episode:

More flashbacks - Sun and Jin characters this week!

And yes, we guessed that Sun knew English all along - before they revealed the fact that she was "taking lessons".

And then the big SPLIT finally happened last night! How many more splits ...

This week our hobbit gets his monkey off his back and becomes a hero in one hour ... isn't TV great! Why can't they make a show where one of the key characters gets killed off in the first five show; that would have been a great twist to have the doc done in by the cave in. Oh well, maybe one day they will write a script that isn't too predictable...

Well this week was a pleasant change for the show, no signs of any “creatures” and one wicked seen of torture - ouch, bamboo! And the knife in the arm - that looked real!

Next week's teaser was better than this week's entire episode, can't wait to watch that one.

Ok, I did not update it when we watched ... so forgive me if I'm not recalling everything correctly. Yes, we're still watching out of habit now for me (but the wife's really enjoying it still). Oh the mystery - hwat's gonna happen to Hobbit man and pregger girl ..

Last episode was not earth shattering, but at the end I came to the conclusion that once we've been given all the characters' backgrounds and feel like we know them all and why they're on the island, that's when it will turn in the another Gilligan's island ... let's hope not!

Alright .. a short season ... and the big question I have is ... not how will it start next year but more "will it even make it back"?

Drama, yes Lost has it. Suspence, it's got that too. But ... com'on Gilligan Islands meets Steven King (I know I said this already) ...

Well, season two has begun and I was there to see it. It was great not to have to wait for 6 mos between season. We're still watching and enjoying the episodes. Now, as I joked all last season about waiting for the Skipper and the Professor to arrive; I've been given some information from my friends (Ange and Jay-Bird) about Lost ... that I'm about to share with you now ... think about the sixth sense ... what do you think?

Another episode with flashbacks ... surprize ... now I feel that I'm really part of their lives ..

She's back, she's back ... is she still preggers?? If not, then this blows a hole in the "stuck between hevean and hell" theory.

She's back!! She's back, and she's still with bun in the oven ... hmmm, the theory still holds.
This episode was a good one (we enjoyedit, nice fighting Jack), but I keep wondering when/if they'll let us know more about the others "survivors" or are they equal to the red-shirts of STOS?
